Northern California Center for Family Awareness is a non profit agency serving Northern California based in Redding, California.
The primary intervention of our agency is the educational program: Kids' Turn Family Workshop. We are an affiliate of Kids' Turn San Francisco which originally developed the Evidence Based Curriculum on which the workshop is based.
We hold current nonprofit 501(c)3 status with the IRS. To review our current tax status and/or our past tax returns and financial documentation, the following link to the State of California Attorney General's office will provide that information:
All the programs conducted by Northern California Center for Family Awareness are conducted completely free of charge to any participant. This is made possible through funding we receive through the California Access to Visitation Grant Program through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Child Support Enforcement:
In addition our most generous grant donation comes through the Dignity Health Community Grant administered locally by Mercy Medical Center Redding. We are also supported by The Patricia L. Kimball and David T. Kimball Fund of the
Shasta Regional Community Foundation, Shasta Dam Kiwanis, Holiday Market, Shasta Interagency Narcotics Task Force, Redding Rancheria and a multitude of personal donations.
